Trello is awesome in my opinion for Course Planning. Or share a board with your bandmates for songs you’re learning: the optimal number of songs to know however many you have, plus 200 Plus it’s easy to add comments, links, charts, & recordings to a card.
Get your Trello account and simply copy it to your account. It is so helpful for keeping up with everything I need to do I am not a fan of planners that are divided up by hour or half-hour increments, or even the ones that are divided into morning, afternoon, or evening. Just set up a few lists of all the things you need to keep track of like menus, entertainment, etc. Trello is a life saver for the busy mom who needs to juggle everything With Trello, you set up a board which is basically where your lists will be kept. I am not a great party planner and there is so much to keep track of. Trello is essentially a list-making program that lets me lay out a project (or my week in this case) using a board, lists, and a set of cards.
We have a birthday coming up and party planning has always been a little stressful for me.
